Question : Facing black dots issue in the face. Due to pimples.
Its more in the forehead, not in full face.
what is the solution to cure this fast ?

Thanks for your query.
Black spots after acne lesions are referred to as post acne hyperpigmentation and are common.
Topical preparations containing hydroquinone, glycolic acid, kojic acid etc are almost safe and give good results but are to be applied under a doctor' supervision.
Newer modalities like AH A peels are costly but quick option.
