Bloating,stomach Pain,chest Pain,clod Sweats,ECG And Blood Test

Question: i have bloating and feel full. pain in stomach and chest. high fever for two nights now i get hot and cold sweats and pain in stomach. went to doctor today.said heart and lungs seem fine, had ECG and blood tests got to wait for results 7 days. i feel really poorly cant get comfortable walk around to try ease the pain. woke up this morning my bed was soaked with sweat

Please provide some additional information.
1.Can you pinpoint the pain?Does it move around?
2.Is your abdomen soft/hard?
3.Do you have nausea,vomiting?
4.Any urinary/bowel problems?
5.Hows your appetite?Is there pain after food or all the time?
6.Did you get xrays/ultrasound abdomen?
7.When did the symptoms start?

I would be able to comment better if I had these additional details.
