Question : Hi my boyfriend is 6'1 and about 220lbs. His blood pressure was 132/79 and his pulse was 112 is this normal?

Is blood pressure is normal But heart rate is very high. Normal should be around seventy and even at the high it should be 90-100beats per minute. How was the heart rate determined? Was he in pain or some stress at this time.

He was walking from work to a near by Rite Aide where he decided to check his blood pressure. He was feeling very odd at work, had a headache and his body was aching. His hands were also cold and clamy.

That could reason for high heart rate. Recheck when is comfortable and if its normal than there is no concern
