Hi,
Thank you so much for this query. I am Dr. Ditah and feel honored having this opportunity to address your health question today. I am so sorry to hear about this fluctuating blood pressure readings and all the troubling thoughts this has caused you. I will do my best to walk you through the observations and symptoms so that you can take better control of what is going on.

Blood pressure increases during exercise. This is because the heart works even harder to make sure it supplies all the energy you need to get the job done. It is very NORMAL for this to happen and ABNORMAL if it doesn't.
In the hospitals, we never take the blood pressure of patients after an exercise or shortly after arriving in the hospital. This is because it will give a higher than normal reading which can lead to a wrong diagnosis. It is for the same reason that we don't take the pressure of patients after eating because the system is working harder than normal. COMPLETE REST is very important before we do blood pressure measurement. We may measure it during rest and exercise to see to what extend your body can adapt when exercising. Otherwise, it has no place in routine medical checkup.

If this pulse is always above 100 during these same activities, then it is normal for the same reasons. However, if it is not we may want to find out what the possible cause is. But the mere worry of not understanding why these changes occur can cause some level of anxiety in you which can explain this.

These values for resting blood pressure(127/73) and during exercise(150/76) are totally normal and justified. A pulse of 100 during exercise is normal and depends on how physically fit you are and at rest is high normal. A trained athlete will not notice huge variations like an unfit athlete. feeling your heart beating fast during the above mentioned exercises is normal.

If you want to minimise the variation in your blood pressure and pule during exercise, you need to be more physically fit be doing regular physical exercises. This is make you more fit to adapt to changes.

I hope I answered your question fully. If you have more questions related to the above query, please i am available and happy to address them.
I wish you good health. Please, do even more regular sporting activities to keep even more fit.
