Question : Hi my daughter just got blood test back and linfocitos are very low at 15,monocitos are 2, andeosinofolos are 0, segments are 82 high...what can cause this? Any ideas please!!!!

From the lab reports of less lymphocytes and high ESR, it is a classical picture of a bacterial infection. You have not mentioned the symptoms that your daughter is having.
If she is having any urinary symptoms like burning micturition, pain during micturition and any blood in urine then it can be a cough, breathlessness or difficulty breathing then it can be due to respiratory diseases like pneumonia, lower good health.
