Question : I got blood work back that showed the following below, is this a healthy report? It was noted that my levels were abnormal. I am a 31 year old female.

cholesterol - 134MG
HDL- 45 MG
LD - 68 MG
CHOL/HDL CHOL RATIO - 3.0
LDL/HDL RATIO - 1.53
TRIGLYCERIDES - 101
