As discussed over the phone, this sounds like a viral illness and does not require anything more.

Please continue taking Tablet. Dolo 650 3 times or 4 times a day for another 5 days.

If the fever persists beyond 5 more days then you should get certain tests done like

CBC, COVID-19, Blood Culture and sensitivity, WIDAL, Dengue NS1, PS for MP and Urine R/E.
