Brief Answer:
For how long has this been going on? Any other symptoms like fever?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.

I have reviewed your information as well as the attached images. Unfortunately, I can gather very little from the images.

However, pains in throat and while swallowing could be caused by a bacterial or viral infection. In cases of viral infection, you would like have other symptoms such as running and stuffy nose and in most cases a cold. This generally resolves spontaneously, requiring nothing but pain medications such as Tylenol or Ibuprofen for symptoms control.

Bacterias are other possible causes. This requires antibiotics. Often severe and presents with fever. I will say if tylenol/Ibuprofen fails to help, then get further evaluation for examination and testing. A course of antibiotics for 7-10days as well as pain medications often suffice.

In all, likely viral. Go with Tylenol/ibuprofen at this time. If symptoms persist, seek further evaluation and testing for need of antibiotics.

I hope this guides and helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.
