Brief Answer:
Involuntary twitching can be normal

Hello XXXXX

Involuntary twitching of certain parts of the body such as small muscle can be normal even if you have underlying diseases conditions such as diabetes or hypertension. Be rest assured that it is not an indication of stroke. Twitching results from uncontrolled electrical signals being transmitted by neuromuscular system, thereby causing muscles (part of your lip) to twitch involuntary.
Just give it a couple of days and you will be fine before you know it.
If you have any other questions you wish to ask regarding this, please feel free to ask or do accept my answer if you are satisfied.

Hope this helps and wish you the best.
