Thanks for your query.

Brownish blotchy itchy lesions on neck till hairline can occur as a result of any product like XXXXXXX hair color, hair oil etc.

If there is no such history then sun exposure can lead to such a condition.

Sun avoidance along with topical steroidal creams can benefit in the condition.
