Question : Burning/pain sensation while urinating. penile sores, one risky sexual partner about a week ago. soreness in my upper thighs. No fever.

do those pictures not tell you anything at all about what it might be?
more pictures and I haven't had any tests done yet. if I had seen a doctor Id not be on the app.

I'd recommend a swab from one of the vesicles for analysis (PCR for herpes simplex virus) at your own doctor's, if possible. Treatment consists of the Acyclovir tablet for 5-10 days.
