Brief Answer:
Management of itching

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query
As per your previous posts you seem to be having scabies.
Even after proper treatment itching usually takes 4-6 weeks to go off.
I would recommend you to continue with antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg twice daily and apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the itchy areas twice daily for 3 weeks.
In case of severe itching take a short course of oral steroids like tablet prednisone 20 mg once daily for 10 days.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
These measures will take care of your itching.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
