The abdominal lymph nodes can be seen in numerous conditions like infections, autoimmune disease ,lymphoma, other cancers etc.
A detailed work up would be needed to identify the exact cause for the same.Starting with a colonoscopy to rule out inflammatory or malignant lesions in the colon and rectum where lymph node enlargement is a sign. The above conditions could also be the reason for the pain abdomen and the streak of blood in the stool when bleeding from fissure is ruled out.
Also blood investigations line complete blood count, ESR,CRP,specific tumor markers if a cancer is suspected etc.A biopsy of the lymph node to ascertain the diagnosis.
Hence , there would be need for many investigations to arrive at a diagnosis when a sign like intra-abdominal lymph node enlargement is noticed.
Please do ask if you have any doubts.
Wish you good health.
