Question : Hello hopefully someone can help me … sat I started having irritation in my throat sunday on and off dry coughing and yesterday on and off cough lost my voice .. no covid no other symptoms but a sore throat and cough all vitals are normal .. my dr is closed today … what can I do to help with this I am assuming it is viral ? Cam tylnol ans hot or cold help with throat

Hi,
Seems like viral sore throat.
Take paracetamol, gargle with betadine.
And take antihistamines like cetrizine.
Meanwhile get tests, cbc and throat swab culture and sensitivity test done.
