Question : can 5HTP make me test positive for benzos in a UA?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

At present the only medications that are known to cause false positive with benzodiazepines are sertraline (zoloft) and oxaprozin (this is a pain medication).

5HTP is not known to cause any changes in these test results.
