Can Adderall Be Purchased Without A Prescription?
Question: I have been prescribed Xanax one mg, vibryd 40 mg, Wellbutrin 150mg for depression, anxiety , and lack of focus.
After a month I admit I was not as anxious nor did I have the same level of depression. However the lack of focus and tired feeling never left. I have done research online and I have read where adderall has been used to treat mild depression. Both of my kids are ADHD and out of desperation I took 1/2 of a 30 mg adderall and honestly I have not felt that focused in years. Is it possible for to get prescription for this

Adderall is a controlled substance, and therefore cannot be prescribed over the internet, and must be prescribed in-person by a licensed provider. I would talk to your prescribing physician about considering this medication.
I will say that adult-onset ADHD is increasingly recognized as a real and serious problem, and as you say stimulants are sometimes used at very low doses to help with some symptoms of depression. So, it would not be unreasonable to bring this up for your doctor to consider. However, realize that stimulants have many serious side effects such as heart disease, insomnia, weight loss, and severe anxiety and panic attacks. Antidepressants improve focus and are much safer, so your doctor's strategy of increasing your antidepressant dose is likely the most safe and most effective one.
