                                    Brief Answer:
yes, they can be taken together
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Akurit is for treatment of Tuberculosis a combination of the four drugs used to treat TB. It would be safe with the medicines for Hypertension but you should get Liver function tests two weeks after starting the medicines and monthly thereafter as the TB medicines can affect the liver.
The mass that you mention is unlikely to be related to liver. It could however be a cold abscess and you should get it checked by a Surgeon who can examine it and tell you.
You should continue the TB treatment as advised with regular check of liver function tests.
Take care,
