Detailed Answer:
Hello,
alendronate may rarely (less than 1% of patients) cause inflammation in the eye (uveitis, scleritis, episcleritis).
Tamsulosin may commonly cause blurring of vision (up to 1 out of 10 patients).
Atorvastatin may also cause blurring but much less commonly (less than 1%).
Carvedilol may also affect the eyes very commonly (up to 10%) with blurred vision and dry eyes.
Clopidogrel (which is the same drug as plavix) may cause bleeding in the eye but this is considered to be a rare complication.
So in conclusion, tamsulosin and carvedilol are the most commonly implicated between the drugs you're taking regarding eye side effects.
I hope you find this information helpful!
Kind Regards!
