                                    Brief Answer:
You may continue Alerid with Amoxycillin safely
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for asking on this platform
Amoxycillin is an antibiotic and Alerid an anti allergic.
There is no interaction between these two.
As your baby has still watery eyes and running nose you may continue Alerid with Amoxycillin.
Amoxycillin works well in ear and throat infection.
So continue with same and there is no need of Azithral right now. You may give Calpol also for fever as and when required.
I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Regards

                                    Brief Answer:
Give it for 5 days and watch for improvement
Detailed Answer:
Hi
You may give Alerid along with Amoxycillin for next 5 days. Usually symptoms start improving after 3 days on medications(sometimes it may take more time).
So watch for improvement of symptoms. If symptoms worsen or not getting improved even after treatment please contact your physician for re-evaluation.
I shall be glad to help you if you have any more questions.
With regards
