Question : shell i use almox dt 250mg for throat light pain problem, age 43 years. kindly suggest.

Do gargles.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
Throat pain is most of the times self limiting viral infection.
I won't recommend you any antibiotic for this purpose.
I would advice you to do warm asking gargles for this purpose.
You may take Anti allergic like Levocetrizine for the same.
If you get any fever see your doctor and let him examine your throat and decide if you need any antibiotic.
