Brief Answer:
Yes, many medications within the same problem to treat, many interactions.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

Yes, those are many medications and of course there is some interaction between them. None of those interactions is sever though.

-- There is moderate interaction between Glipizide + Tradjenta and hydrochlorothiazide because hydrochlorothiazide may interfere with blood glucose control and reduce the effectiveness of blood pressure medication. Monitor your blood sugar levels closely. You may need a dose adjustment of your diabetic medications during and after treatment with hydrochlorothiazide.
-- Glipizide, Tradjenta and Victoza are all used for blood sugar and they may lead to hypoglicemia. So keep close control with your local endocrinologist, so he helps you determine the right doses.
-- Carvedilol, Hydroclorthiazid and Amlodipine, can be used together for controlling blood pressure, but the risk of lowering the blood pressure a lots exists here as well, so if your blood pressure gets too low sometimes, then talk with your doctor.

These are the most significant interactions but they have a lot more others as well. You can check all your medications at the "Drug interaction" website if you want. If you have specific questions I will be happy to explain.

Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.

Hope this is helpful.
