Brief Answer:
In one word if I have to answer your question is NO.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Welcome.
In one word if I have to answer your question is NO.

It is not advised to alter the dose of medicines, that to especially of chronic diseases like diabetes or hypertension without consulting your doctor.

Some times, what happens is that, slight increase or decrease of this agents results in larger change in the blood pressure. So I would suggest you not to alter it by yourself, get yourself examined by the physician and let them decide post examination.

Hope this helps
Take care
