Question : can i use ampiclox 500mg to treat chlamydia?
Brief Answer:
it's not a good choice
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
the first options in cases with chlamydia are either azithromycin or vibramycin.
The dosage depends on the infection but for urethritis (which I suppose is the case here) a single 1gr dose should be enough. Vibramycin should be used for a whole week at a dose of 100mg once daily.
I hope I've helped!

Kind Regards!
