No, Anoro can not cause weight gain.

Hello,

Anoro is a medication used to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. It is not a steroid medication.
It is a combination of two medications to help breathing.

There is no scientific evidence base that proves that Anoro cause weight gain.
