Question : Can I take Augmentin 625 thrice a day for acute folliculitis? I am 29 yrs old weighing 76 kgs.

I have taken this med before twice a day.

the most commonly used dosage for augentin 625 (500/125) is three times per day. You can use it without any anticipated problem.

Thank You. I took three doses yday and now I took two for the day. Will take the third dose at dinner.

Does this medicine increase heart rate?

This drug is not supposed to increase the heart rate. Infections may do so particularly if you've got fever.
