Question : I have a very sore throat. I have a Z pack (6 tables of Azithromycin) that I keep on hand, will that work for a sore throat?

Yes, you can use the z pack if the pain is too much or if you are having fever.
In addition you can use paracetamol 500mg 2-3 times a day for the pain.
I would also like you to gargle with warm salt water 2-3 times a day, it will help reduce the infection and soothe your throat.
