Hello,

Biaxin is unlikely to cause neuropathy.
The usual side effects are its unpleasant taste and symptoms related to the GI tract like nausea, vomiting, stomach upset and abdominal pain.

what about heart rate ? I noticed since starting it my heart rate is up a little. resting like upper 80s low 90s. normally 60s.

Increased heart rate is not a recognised side effect of Biaxin. This can be due to your infection or due to anxiety.
Relax. If there is an increase in blood pressure, you may require medicines ,otherwise this can be ignored.
