Brief Answer:
nope. do not change on your own

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir
Since you have sinus node related problem, it may not be prudent to change to bisoprolol or even increase the dose of diltiazem. Safest would have been to start with a DHP calcium channel blocker and/ or
Add angiotensin inhibiting agents.
I normally pick up a drug from angiotensin receptor blockers and add DHP calcium channel blocker in such patients.
I would suggest you to discuss this with your physician and get the perescription.
Feel free to discuss further.

Sukhvinder
