I read your question and i understand your cocnern . Bupropion is reported to cause diarrhea as well as myalgias and twitchings in up to 10 % of people using it. So yes your symptoms could be the side effects of bupropion. You can try taking it at night before bed time and see if it helps the symptoms. Supportive care for diarrhea and some tylenol for twitching and pain can help. if the symptoms persist you can ask your doctor to change the meds to less side effects profile.
