Can COPD Be Cured By Homeopathic Treatment?

Question: I was diagnosed with PCOD a few months back. I took homeopathic medicines for 1 year. Can PCOD be cured? I eat everything now. I have just reduced the amount of sweets. Any other restriction? I am 8 kgs overweight still. What should I do?
