Question : I have COPD probably stage 3 according to my doctor. I have numbness and tingling in my fingertips, is this also caused by the COPD.

numbness in fingers is often caused by clocked up arterial vessels and or nerve damage due to smoking. Other possible reason is nerve affection through cervical spine issues like disc prolapes. This can be specified by examination by your local gp and neurologist.
