Yes, it can be applied but beware of irritant reaction
Hence use over a small are first
If there is no itching or oozing then it can be applied to whole scalp.
Mostly all types of oils work as a placebo only
Hair does not need oil application
Pl keep this in mind
Pl check the reason for scanty hair growth from a dermatologist or tricologist
