Question : Hi, can I use centchroman tablets to delay periods near the time of periods by a week?

No. It will not help.

Centchroman tablets cannot delay the period by a week if started just before the due date of the periods. You will have to use synthetic progesterone preparations like meprate for this. Do consult your gynecologist and get it prescribed.
