Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I am Dr Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, a dermatologist.
You can use cetaphil moisturising cream at night.
It is safe to use in oily skin and won't increase the oiliness on your face.
Use rivela sunscreen during the day time.

Dr Asmeet.

Brief Answer:
You can use either of the two though cream is more preferable

Detailed Answer:
Lotions are usually used where large body surface areas are involved or in hairy areas of the body while creams are usually recommended for small areas like face, hands and creams.
The difference is usually in the formulation like lotions have a more of liquid consistency whereas creams have semisolid consistency.
You can even use Cetaphil moisturising lotion though cream would be more preferable for face.
