Brief Answer:
Needs urologist review and examination

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all, based on the history, it can be a normal variant and such deviations are normal and vary between individuals unless you had previously been having straight erection and if any recent history of severe or marked deviation is present then a detailed urologist opinion might be needed to look for penile injury.

Also rule out any heart condition before starting cialis as some related complications and sudden fall on blood pressures or strain and heart may occur. Also using it with certain blood pressure medications isn't recommended so kindly rule out any such possibility. Wishing you good luck.

Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
