Question : Can i give my 4.5 year old citralka whos already down with viral infection..hes complaining of burning sensation while passing urine

However, rather than giving Citralka I would insist on giving the child plenty of water to drink. Also get the urine routine examination and culture done to rule out an urinary tract infection. That could be the reason for what you think to be a viral infection.
