Clindamycin is an antibiotic. that can affect liver and kidneys. It can cause severe acidity and loose motions that can be life threatening.
Yes it can cause weakness.
A little lowering of blood pressure is due to weakness and not direct effect.
It does not cause jerking of arm. That may be due to calcium deficiency.
Please check liver, kidney functions and calcium levels.
