Drug like gabapentin or pregabalin will also help in neuropathy pain. With these low back stretching exercises along with hot compression and physiotherapy will give good relief of pain.

The sciatic pain may be due to pathology in lumbar region. Get checked for nerve conduction test and spinal CT scan once to establish the cause for your pain and based on that we can treat appropriately.
