Brief Answer:
Yes the dose can be decreased

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM

I can understand your concern. Clonazepam is a good sleep drug and is relatively longer acting. This is the probable reason you are feeling like zombie next day.

A lot of individuals feel sedation, drowsiness in day time while on Clonazepam. Reducing the dose should not only reduce the symptoms but will maintain the sleep too.

You are getting only 2-3 hours sleep even with these drugs. In such case I'd advise you to talk to your doctor to increase the dose of Seroquel to 100. This should give better sleep. Instead of IR tablet SR tablet should help in maintaining sleep in might. This will also reduce day time drowsiness because of refreshing sleep in night.

Thanks Take care
