Hi,

Welcome to HCM...

YOU SAID YOU HAVE ITCHY LESIONS ON SCROTUM... IT MAY BE SCROTAL DERMATITIS, EITHER IRRITANT OR ALLERGIC.

You are applying Clop GM cream. It contains strong steroid clobetasol,gentamycine and miconazole. Clobetasol is a strong steroid that might cause many cutaneous side effects. Scrotal skin is tender and likely to develop bad effects by clop GM cream..so, please stop to use it.

Side effects like atrophy,discoloration,telangiectasia,hypertrichosis..etc may occur after long term use of strong steroid cream.

Therefore, I humbly advise you to avoid the use of Clop GM cream on scrotum. Kindly consult dermatologist and have perfect diagnosis and sure treatment.
