Question : I am a recreational cocaine user, I have been doing it a little more often then usual. Although I noticed today after having a bowel movement my stool is completely black?

Black stool is a sign of internal bleeding. This can happen with cocaine use as it has severe vasogenic effects. This is a medical emergency. You need to visit an ER immediately.

even though I feel fine? I've had a good appetite to! what will they be able to do for me at the ER? I've had it now for about 2-3 days
