Brief Answer:
You can give combiflam

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Fever following vaccination is very common and this is due to response of body to the immunisation.

Lanol contains paracetamol and it is the safest antipyretic. You can give paracetamol 4 hourly if fever comes every 4-5 hourly. But if fever is not responding to lanol, either you can increase the dose (max. 15 mg/kg/dose) of paracetamol or you can start combiflam.

Combiflam contains paracetamol and ibuprofen. Ibuprofen should be avoided if there is a past history of decreased platelet count or kidney injury.
If there is no significant past history and kidney function is normal you can give paracetamol after consulting your pediatrician.
Continue feeding as proper hydration should be maintained during raised temperature.

I would be glad to answer if you have any further query.
Regards
