Do you think the cortisone injection I got in left shoulder near the shoulder blade for arthritis could be causing the right breast swelling I discussed with you 2 days ago?
I wanted Dr. XXXXXXX to reply pls. She was very helpful in calming me down. Do you think there any foods or ice to reduce swelling before Wed. radiology tests pls?

Yes the swelling in breast can be due to the injection and radiation of pain and inflammation.
If there is pain along with swelling on breast then apply ice otherwise just the arm support splint will do the job.
Also visit your doctor as scheduled and ask him about the physiotherapy also which will help in early mobilization.
