Question : im on coumadin, can I take herbal Oreganol Oil
I also have pulmonary Hypertention

Oregano oil which is made predominately out of oregano leaves contains a small amount of vitamin K.

Vitamin k is involved in the production of clotting factors. Because it contains a small amount , it is likely that there should be no significant interaction and the risk is low but you may want to confirm with your pharmacist.
