Question : can coumadin, cause an onset of freckles or what looks like brown freckles on the top of ny feet and ankles

Coumadin is a blood thinner which can cause brown freckles known as petechiae. These petechiae are self limiting and does not require treatment as such. Please get an INR test done to see if dose adjustment of Coumadin is required.
