After going through the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that Crestor belongs to statin group of medicine which help in lowering cholesterol levels inside the body thereby halting or slowing down the process of atherosclerosis in the arteries.

Plaques from teeth are removed with the help of scaling which is a mechanical process. The solution used in those procedures cannot be used for plaques removal from arteries.
