Brief Answer:
Yes you need to start the medication

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,

I understand your query and concern.

Yes you need to take Crina 10 mg (progesterone) for 2-3 months to regularize your menstrual cycle..

I also advise you to get an ultrasound abdomen and blood sugar levels monitored.

You also need to take Tab.Metformin to combat insulin resistance. So discuss with your doctor regarding this.

Diet restriction and Exercise plays an important role in your case.

Weight reduction is very important in your case.

Take diet rich in oats, fiber, fruits, vegetables will be helpful.Avoid fat and fried foods.

Never wait if you have amennorhea (lack of periods for more than 2 months) as it will lead to long term hormonal imbalance.

Post your further queries if any,

Thank you.

Hi Mam! Thank you for your reply. I had another concern. From the time I started with crina I am getting severe vaginal itching. Is this normal? I am unmarried and have never had sex. Also I have tested my sugar level last week which is under control. I have been consuming apple cider vinegar as I heard that this is a natural way to reduce weight and control blood sugar. Please suggest

Brief Answer:
It could be side effect of the drug.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,

Welcome again,

Yes it could be side effect of the drug or even fungal infection.

So I advise you to take Tab.Siscan 150 mg weekly once for 3 weeks under supervision of your doctor.

Also continue Crina as suggested.

Drink 3-4 liters of water per day for proper hydration.

Yes you can continue with Cider vinegar but exercise and dietary restriction is much more important.

Periodic ultrasound and blood sugar monitoring is mandate.
