Question : Hi,
Can I give Crocin 240 DS to my son who is 3.5 years old on empty stomach ? He is vomiting and not eating anything at all

Firstly give something to control vomiting

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

You may give him syrup Ondem (Ondansetron) 1 mg (2ml) single dose to control the vomiting. Once the vomiting is controlled, you can give him crocin if the fever is above 102f. It is preferably given after food. Crocin 240 DS should be given in dose of 2 ml every 6-8 hours for fever.
