Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
With PCOS, it is common to have irregular cycle.
Yes, you can take cycloreg to induce a period, and then Krimson 35 can be taken regularly to regulate your periods.
As such, there are no major side effects of taking Krimson, since you have already taken it before.
Many women might experience - nausea, weight gain, headache etc.
It is a safe medication.
You can take Meprate 10 mg three times a day for 5 days, then stop.
You will have your period within a week.
Once you have your period, you can start Krimson 35 from day 1 or day 2 of your cycle.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
More suggestions for you.
Detailed Answer:
Please try taking Meprate, that should be enough.
If you do not menstruate even after taking Meprate, you should get a vaginal ultrasound scan done to see the lining of the uterus.
You might need to take estrogen plus progesterone together at times, to induce a period.
You should be taking Metformin tablets also , as it benefits PCOD.
Weight loss is critical, as even 5 % loss of weight is known to regulate periods in PCOD.
