Question: I am weak and thin, I feel very lazy while doing any work, I guess I don't have enough stamina. I don't feel hungry and that's why I am not able take a proper diet. I want to gain more weight to have a fit body and good health. Please help me out. Shall I start having Cyp-L syrup ? or what about Nutrigain & Protein -X ?

Yes, you can take Cyp L syrup. It does improve your hunger. Also, do take multivitamin supplements which are essential for the food to be incorporated in to the muscles and for energy production too. Your stamina will surely increase with the above two medications.

Do sip on fruit juices atleast 3 times a day. Grape or lemon with sugar is fine.

Meanwhile do start working out in gym with light weights or a walk for 30min a day.
